Be Tutu 
The inside of the one whole chicken or duck is taken out and various chopped spices are put within and rubber over the outer side. Its neck, legs and wings are creased, tied with a string, and the whole chicken (or duck) is wrapped in a fiber sheet taken from palm stem



Balinese Food

Babi Guling 
Babi Guling (Suckling Pig) may be the most famous Balinese cuisine. Babi Guling served from one whole baby pig, in which its inside is taken out replaced by the chopped spices that include shallots, garlic, ginger, turmeric, galangal, pepper coriander, candlenuts, chilies, lemon grass and lots of whole cassava leaves.



Lawar 
Lawar made of chopped boiled meat, mixed with the chopped boiled skin. The chopped meat is mixed with the chopped vegetables, commonly boiled string beans or young jackfruit, or young white papaya.



Urutan and Oret 
Urutan is the Balinese traditional spiced sausage. Western people will find the basic different of the Balinese sausage with theirs, which are short, on contrary, the length of the Balinese Urutan depends on the length of the intestine to make it.



Sate 
The grounded spices that added on, are shallots, garlic, pepper, galangal, ginger and fish paste. The mixture is rolled on the small bamboo stick with the length about 15 am to 25 cm, and grilled. Differs with most of other Indonesian sate, Sate Bali is served without any sauce.
